First of all, I recommend anyone coming here to check the rates online and book online. We were charged 6000 inr for one room for two nights in a regular family room (monday and Tuesday night, no weekend nights). We were charged for “double occupancy” however that should be a given as its a family room. Their OWN official website has prices around 1k inr for one night. Its a new hotel, however the facilities are not the nicest or cleanest. The bathroom has dust clumps, toilet seat unaligned, tap difficult to regulate the temperature and random stray hairs around the floor and bed as we had just got in. The sheets also had a stain. I ignored all that because it’s a 3 star hotel and I didn’t expect much and we were only using the facilities to sleep and shower and were out all day. Now knowing the rate we were charger, should have said something about it because for a new and fairly pricy 3 star hotel, its not acceptable. Our relative booked the hotel for us (she doesn’t know much about this) but at checkout we saw the price, compared it to online and saw the vast difference. They are at fault and they said that thats only online. I am not from India but no where in the world does this happen. The receptionist had quite the attitude and him and the manager kept changing their words. He even tried to show me the rates on make my trip to defend his point only to see that it was only around 1000 per night for 2 guests. Terrible hospitality and service. Don’t be fooled and check the rates online if you decide to book here. It’s 1/3 online. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3
