We had a really great stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job every day, which we really appreciated. What we liked the most was the service. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome, not just like guests but almost like we were at home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. No complaints at all. I would not recommend staying at Aceotel Inn Flamingo, Indore. While the room was clean and spacious, the overall experience was disappointing due to several basic shortcomings. Room No. 102 lacked essential bathroom amenities, including a mirror. It's difficult to understand how a guest is expected to shave or groom properly without one. The jet spray was faulty, and the toilet seat cover was also damaged, showing a lack of maintenance. To make matters worse, no towels were provided in the room. When I called the reception to request a towel, nobody answered the phone. The hotel also has no pantry, restaurant, or kitchen facilities, which can be quite inconvenient for guests. Although breakfast was included with the room, the menu was very limited, the quantity served was meager, and the quality was only average. Considering the extra amount charged for breakfast, the value offered was poor compared to what is available elsewhere. Another concern is the hotel's high rating, which appears questionable. It seems that the rating may be a combined score of multiple hotels and resorts within the same group, rather than reflecting the actual experience at this property alone. My advice to future travelers is not to rely solely on ratings while booking. Read recent reviews carefully and consider all aspects before making a reservation. "Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Amenities and Poor Hygiene" I had an awful experience here and strongly advise against staying. First, there is no backup power, meaning we spent a miserable night without AC or a fan when the electricity failed. Second, there was no hot water; the staff couldn't fix the solar heater and only provided an immersion rod after we begged for one. Finally, the complimentary breakfast is outsourced from a local cart and prepared/plated inside the staff's personal living rooms, which is completely unhygienic. Zero service, zero management. We spent 5 nights in Aceotel It was such an amazing experience. Though it is a budget hotel, the cleanliness is top notch. The restaurant at the top serves delicious meals along with the full green serene view of . The best part of it is certainly that the hotel is pet friendly and the people working in the hotel treat your pets as their own. I am very happy that I chose Aceotel as my stay in Indore!
