Nice hotel best stay Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
We stayed here for a night as we were transiting from Lko to Pune and it was just a stay for ~12 hours. The bedsheets and blankets weren't replaced after the previous guests used it. The washroom wasn't cleaned for weeks (stains in commode). Just 1 towel provided for 2 guests. There was a TV, but there wasn't any dish connection, and the wifi had poor strength. There was a parking in the plot besides but no one to assist so we were asked by the staff to talk to the driver of the other car to move so that we could park ours. Elevator was out of service. Hotel rooms and location is good, but the main problem in winters is - THE HOT WATER - they have solar - so getting hot water is a tough task. We syaed for 3 days but did not get HOT WATER for bath. Trip type Vacation Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5
