Aceotel Inn Flamingo

We didn’t have a good experience during our stay at flamingo last night. We had senior citizens in our group and they had to climb stairs to get to the rooms as the lift was not working. The hotel I charge, though cheerful was not really concerned about our issues. To be fair I think he was trying to work with what he had, which was very little. From having a restaurant on premises to soap in the bath rooms. The pillows didn’t have cotton pillow covers which is the norm at any hotel. Many people are allergic to synthetics… so it was not only too soft but also serious health hazard. Think before you book here. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

I am the senior citizen and stayed in this hotel few days ago and had very bad experience, the staff was very lethargic and didn't bothered to wait till I open the door to receive my coffee he literally kept the cup on the side staircase and went aside..considering my age he should have waited for me to open the door atleast. Service is a sector where hotel needs to work upon especially housekeeping, but the manager Vikas is exceptionally good and bcoz of him our 3 night stay was pleasent, we need to reach him only for everything and he gets things done for you, most competent among all of them. Location is excellent every thing is nearby. It's a good hotel otherwise and speak to Vikas before you book the hotel he may give you good rate as well Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

Budget Friendly Hotel. Hotel located in Vijaynagar and 5 km from Indore Railway Station. The hotel staff is cooperative. Good Service. Breakfast was Good. Tea, Coffee, Aloo Paratha with Curd & Poha. The only decent thing about the hotel is the location.. The rooms were really dirty.. There was a cockroach in the room... The floor was dirty, there was cigarette smell in the rooms, The washrooms were dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them.. Avoid the hotel if you can. You can see water bubbles on the walls..
