We had booked a deluxe room at Phoenix Hotel, Indore. At the time of check-in, we were asked to pay for early check-in, which was fine. However, when we requested for some adjustment since we were also checking out early, the manager simply connected us to someone on a call who said either we pay the full amount or cancel the booking and leave a review. When we asked to connect with the owner, the reception manager rudely said, “The owner is sleeping, I will not disturb him. You can cancel the booking if you want.” This clearly shows how little value they give to their customers. I do not recommend this hotel. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Please avoid such cheap hotels in Vijay Nagar, Indore — look for better options even if you have to pay a little more. Service: 1

The hotel is good and the rooms are clean and service is also quite good. If you are solo or with family go for it. I visted this in July it was unforgettable experience for me. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful in every way possible. The room are spacious,the bathrooms were near and clean. Coming to tha food quality it was supard and delicious.their chefs are fantabulous. The Manager mr.antim allowed us lete check out as well. Special thanks to front desk staff mr.surykant Was excellent sarvice and the recommendation per your preference.and very smart and helpful nature. Unhygienic Rooms and Poor Maintenance Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) We stayed at this hotel during a business trip and checked in around 9 PM after a long, tiring day. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and we were too exhausted to argue with the management or request room changes or cleaning. Here are a few concerns that stood out: • The room had a noticeable smoky smell, which made it uncomfortable. • The floor and curtains were not clean, and the bathroom had a persistent stench. • The bath area tap in the bathroom was broken, adding to the inconvenience. • The room we were given did not resemble the photographs on the MakeMyTrip App, which felt misleading. • Food at the in-house restaurant was average in taste and quite overpriced for the quality offered. On the positive side, the hotel did allow us to order food via Swiggy/Zomato and were kind enough to provide cutlery, which was appreciated. Overall, we feel the hotel needs to work on cleanliness, maintenance, and accurate representation of its rooms online. Some improvements could really make a difference to the guest experience.
