Hotel Phoenix in Indore is a good choice for the price…The rooms were clean, and the washroom was also well maintained..They offer food as well.. I tried the masala sandwich, which was quite tasty… The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and they provide a complimentary water bottle after check-in..The location is decent, and overall the stay was comfortable.. Considering the price, it’s definitely value for money, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple and budget friendly stay in Indore without compromising cleanliness.. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Management Overshadowed My Stay I rarely leave negative reviews, but the management at this hotel left me no choice. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. The staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained, and when I tried to escalate the issue, the manager was either unavailable or dismissive. The room itself had several issues—cleanliness was subpar, and requests for assistance were ignored or delayed for hours. What was most frustrating, however, was the complete lack of accountability from management. Instead of addressing concerns, they offered excuses or shifted blame to other departments. This could be a decent hotel with the right leadership, but as it stands, poor management is dragging down the entire experience. I do not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. Nice and cozy place with great location and easy to access the hotel. Foods including breakfast of our choice were excellent in quality and hygiene. Staffs are very much cordial and helping nature.
