plz don’t book this hotel from online or offline. seems this purely scam and employee are very rude in behaviour. i have a booking from agoda and after reaching to hotel they said no rooms available and asked us to cancel the booking from agoda but agoda customer care is put my call on hold almost half and hours and no refund or solution given. since we have 1 and 4 years child with me hence we decided to go ahead booking the another hotel offline. i must say they are not intention to give my money back but i will file the case against to them for sure. Extremely rude behaviour by dishonest money-sucking staffs, they will ask for extra amount to be paid for check in your rooms which they have pre-fixed at cheap rates on booking sites. Even after paying the extra amount they will not give you the full amount invoice next day and they don't have any GST number for the hotel so online aggregators like OYO will not be able to help you in reimbursing your extra amount. They are running the hotel illegally by doing tax fraud. Services are extremely pathetic, Hotel staff only chill at the reception and don't give any heed to your requests. Book at your own risk. I just hated this place. Went to celebrate friend's birthday our booking was from 12pm checked in at 3 then too the rooms were not prepared. While completing the formalities of check in the manager asked un necessary questions. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude after completing the formalities we took the keys and went to room. The rooms were very un clean asked the manager to clean the rooms but instead of cleaning he gave excuses. We booked 3 rooms gave 2 on one floor and the third one on the other when we asked to give all three rooms on the same floor he denied and said the other room will be provided at the next floor only and it will take around half an hour to clean the room. We had already checked in around 3 and had to wait for 1 hour to get the keys of the third room. Asked for drinking water he said that drinking water is not available you have to buy water bottles from us. We we complaint about the same to the helo centre desk he called us and shouted about the same saying why are you complaining about the same to the helo desk I said I will proved you the clean rooms within 1 hour. But why should people wait if the have their booking from 12 the hotel staff should clean the room at 11:30 and keep it ready for check in. After that also in evening when two of our friends paid a surprise visit to us but the manager stopped them at door and said that visitors are not allowed. The same was neither written on the hotel's website nor on the reception of the hotel. But it was done only to trouble us as we have complained about the unhygienic behaviour of the hotel staff as well as the dirty untidy hotel rooms.At night around 12:30 when we asked for water saying we saw jugs of water and we want the same we don't want water bottles as we don't want to pay for the same they said that sorry our staff is sleeping and we don't provide services after 12 I don't know whey the have built an hotel where they can't even provide services at night what I have heard and have seen in other hotels is the room service and fulfillment other basic requirements like water glass plates etc etc are done by the hotel staff 24x7 Sharing the pictures here so that everyone can have a look

Value for money. Property has potential, if managed better. Currently run by 3 local guys who also do the cleaning, room service, etc. etc. Overall the property is fairly clean. Rooms do stink of smoke.They also seem to rent rooms by the hour, which is not nice considering we were a family with young kids staying there. Location is a little dusty & run down with construction material lying outside the property. Location worked well for us though as we were looking for a place close to Daly College. After the initial disappointing hickups, it was a good stay overall once we had the rooms cleaned and bed sheets changed in front of us.Thankfully the staff cooperated, otherwise we would've cancelled our stay. Considering the extremely reasonable charges, it was a great value for money experience & we would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal. You may experience discrimination. I witnessed it. It was pathetic. People sue for such a treatment and win. I will never return. This is not one of them. Too much hype for nothing. I don’t understand how they were having high rating. Staff was rude. Flies everywhere. Waiters messed up our order and the one of people next table to us. The worse dining experience ever. From start to finish not good. A long wait for food. One starter was not cooked properly and was sent back only to arrive back after one main course was served. Then a dessert was put on the table while the starter was being eaten. Amazing how bad this place really was.
