The behavior of hotel staff is terrible and the room service is so poor... dont book ever the SUKH VILLAS.. it will turn your trip as "DUKH VILLAS" for sure
Never ever booking this hotel again, Staff are very bad, dishonest and rude, they ask for double extra amount to be paid for check-in to pre-booked rooms when confronted they even start to shout on lady travellers, extremely pathetic service, constant nuisance by some localities running & talking loudly in corridors. Travel group Family Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 1
I recently had a disappointing experience in this hotel. Very bad service...Rooms also not properly clean. Food quality is also poor. Not recommended. Don't go if you don't want to spoil your mood Giving 1 rating because don't have option of negative
Very unhygienic rooms and bedding. Toilet was all broken. We took 3 rooms , electricity was not there in 2 room in morning. Over priced , staff was very uncooperative. Food was yuck. And the hotel manager Deepak which is not even a manager was very rude with customer , he don't know how to talk with customer.I will not recommend it. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
Was here for a day and the place seemed quite nice. However it Has the potential to be better in terms of cleanliness of the room. The only problem I faced was- lack of hot water for bathing. Otherwise it was pretty average. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Rooms Could've been cleaner.. but overall not bad.. no hot water only slightly warm water not even Luke warm water Hotel highlights Quiet
I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Not only were the facilities subpar, but the manager's rude behavior really soured my stay. Their lack of professionalism and respect towards guests was truly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay.
