Cheaters , worst management Update 20-May-2025 : After 2 year they care to look into issue . Issue was - the hotel was full even after my advance booking and payment . There was no one at reception to help me. They had no clue why and how they overbooked. They haven’t returned my Money. I should have gone to consumer court. Sent couple of emails back the but no response. I had flight that evening and then I got stuck with usual work. Thanks for reminding me the worst experience. The hotel looks shady just for information. Many good hotel near to choose but this. So for me these people are cheater.

Fab customer care booked 2 big rooms but allotted very small rooms, geysers not working so no hot water ,tv not working, bathroom is in pathetic condition.towels were not clean.staff was good , booked for 8 persons but breakfast given only to 6 persons.Overall not maintained. Very Bad Experience.. All Hotel teams are Fraud.. Tax Bill Amount is Rs. 1520 Including Tax, But they charged Rs. 1750..what is this..? Better than Over charging Beg in Railway station.. The breakfast served was not good. We had several issues with vendor hired by the hotel to serve the breakfast. The hotel staff was courteous and good. The bed was big but the mattress springs were hurting resulting in uncomfortable sleep. The hotel is in the close proximity of railway station and bus stand giving easy access to travel. The building is located in commercial area of tyres so it will be difficult for people with disability. Coming to the rooms, it is ok, but you will also have the company of cockroaches every where. There is no branding of FabHotels in the hotel anywhere, the staff was not supportive & rude. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms have less privacy, loud noises from the loby hit the room. The matress was bad, sheets were dirty even after asking them to clean it. The sheets were so bad that there was hair all over sheets and blanket. The walls have 'seelan' issue and the overall stay was just below expectations! FabHotels should look into their franchise hotels for better image & management. Not worth the money paid. Don't go in this hotel because everything is good but the service is very bad they are giving the rooms without your consent they will locate your rooms to anyone else otherwise take the keys and then go
