Indore Marriott Hotel

For a Marriott Hotel I do feel that the level of this establishment requires a serious review by by the powers that be within the Marriot organisation. Poor Staff grooming with very strong body odors where I had to leave the room after turn down service. Plates we used for desert outside for days and where we he'd to finally notify the supervisor to have it picked up. Buffet restaurant is chaos. With used plates being picked up and left out sitting in the dining area. Double booking of restaurant tables. A disgusting pool with gum and moss growing on the side tiles. Poor communication by front office staff who are more interested in asking for feedback rather than earning good reviews though professional service. I have personally worked and vacationed in a number of 5 star establishments in my lifetime. This one is by far the worst Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4

My overall experience at One Asia was amazing. Staff specialist is excellent. Jaya was our server, she was so good with her work, she explained us each and every thing we asked for. About the food, Red Thai Curry was delicious and Water Chestnuts with Asparagus is a must try thing.

Buffet at Indore Kitchen.... it was good and enuff options too...however pizza wasn't upto the mark...I mean how can u have a big single full prawn kept on a pizza slice...I mean how can someone bit it coz its gonna fall n then just a single prawn with its tail on...isn't it a pizza where u don't have to mess ur hands.... Besides this the grilled fish ....mutton biryani... chicken tikka... were spot on... Lovely deserts I must say n sky many options. ... Overall I would want to visit this place just one more time...

54 Praangan ambience was perfect. We came for a dinner it was a Wonderful experience. Specially the staff very polite and helpful. We order drink Guava Chatkara which was amazing and the food quality was very good. It is a outdoor Indian Speciality restaurant. We really enjoyed definitely recommend to visit. Upscale place in Vijay Nagar Indore. They have great service and of course the staff is courteous. Right from check in to checkout they helped us with everything. Food is top notch too. Location is quite strategic right next to meghdoot garden and a khau Galli too. Their in-house resturant too has amazing food. I was not really happy with the staff taking care of the property. Except for one or two people rest were least bothered about what you want. I really did not like the attitude of the House keeping and most of the front desk staff. If I happen to again visit Indore, i would prefer staying at Wow Hotels or Sayaji Hotel. I am sure they would be reasonable and better that Indore Marriot Hotel.

Paid 3500/- for a couple buffet, I was shocked to see such limited options and they called it a buffet. Whatever existing options the taste did not match the mariott hotel name. I was highly dissapointed as it was my 1st marriage anniversary and I chose mariott for it. Don't even make me talk about desserts, entire buffet was dissapointing... Was my last time for mariott and also for all my friends and family Travel group Couple Service: 2 Location: 5

I love this place! I can't wait to go back. They have the best buffet in India! And needless to say, they have the best staff. They are just a delight. I had an amazing stay here and I hope I get to visit soon. Fingers crossed.
