I had booked a twin bed room. The room had good amount of space for about 3-4 people. The service was slow but especially good. The location is very convenient to access to the flyover. Alert ⚠️ for the solo women travellers. I booked the hotel from 27th April 2023 to 29th April 2023. I booked a standard king guest room with breakfast. I checkin 9 hours late as was traveling from outstation we were not offer even water at the reception. It was a business trip but the experience was horrible. I informed at reception that I won't be available in the room so kindly do not send my dinner at the time I asked them to send it. By the time I arrived back I inform them to send my dinner but as I entered the room the dinner was already placed and the room was cleaned through the house keeping person cleaned the room in morning when I was not in the room that too when I told the hotel not to send anyone in the room when I am not there. I was a solo woman traveling after informing multiple times the staff tried to enter the room in my absence. My valueables were miss placed and when I asked the hotel staff regarding this they all came together and start arguing like I was standing in fish market, they didn't even show who went in the room in my absence and the height of disrespecting the guest was the staff were laughing looking at each other when I was discussing regarding my safety. Also keeping on safety in mind I checkout early. When asked for the room spray to be spread the housekeeping person came with the floor cleaner saying this is all he has. After ordering anything to the room it took at least 40 to 45 minutes to be delivered. Also they don't pickup the call at reception, we have to call them multiple times. I ask them will they provide welcome drink to my client at the time of thier arrival, informed regarding the same at reception too but when after 10 minutes no one came. I ordered tea and after 40 minutes a girl with welcome drink and a waiter with tea came together and where serving the welcome drink and the tea together to the guest. How a single person can have both the drinks at same time.They don't have even have common sense. Ordered milk thrice but all time the milk was curdling even at the time of breakfast when ordered coffee is was also curdled not only mine but the same thing happened with the unknown guest sitting next to me. The juices and fruit were very limited in breakfast buffet they only have seasonal fruits and watermelon juice and when asked for an apple and orange juice they said it would charge extra as they don't have it in there hotel. Stayed in many 5 and 7 stars hotel but I would rate Marriott Indore 0* I would suggest not to stay here if you are concern with the safety of your family especially females. Very unsafe and the staff is so rude and arrogant. Travel group Solo Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3 Safety Alert ⚠️ for the solo women travellers who are planning to stay in Marriott Indore. Such an Great Experience with Smooth Check-in by Mr. Surajit. And was very Reachable during the Stay. He was Polite and Supportive during the Stay. Also Nice Efforts by Chefs for the Buffet Time with Delicious Dishes in the Menu. Great Experience. I think Jaipur Marriott needs to learn from Indore Marriott. Looking ahead For Further stay with you. Keep up Mr. Surajit and whole Indore Marriott Team. This place really good, marriott is known for its ambiance. Rooms are really comfy and the beds were the best in any hotel I've visited in a while. The only bummer was the food. I mostly prefer Indian cuisine and here it was the worst. The food was quite spice. Desert was ok

Well its 5 star property no doubt about the ambience its awesome. I was there to attend Key Customer Meet, Valet parking is available, staff is so nice, food as compared to my previous experience it was nice this time. Well can't tell more about this because marriot is brand and they maintain it very well.

This hotel is right after Sayaji on the Same road. Which is bad for Sayaji but good for customers. It is still slightly under construction in terms of more restaurants opening inside it. I think about 5 of them. Apart from that I know that the lobby was grand n beautiful with Xmas Carol's and very tight security and courteous staff. I didn't check into this hotel so I can't comment on that. Went for a Buffet at Indore Kitchen which is inside the hotel. Loved it. Best buffet in the city right now. Check it out .

Good ambience but service can be improved. Lack of accessibility to floor other than yours is inconvenient when you have booked multiple rooms. Plus no latch on washrooms is bit problematic if you are not staying with your partner
