Indore Marriott Hotel

We took a night's rest at the Indore Marriott while on the way back home to Mumbai. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very attentive, polite and friendly. They have been taking excellent measures to ensure the sanitization and prevention amidst this corona virus pandemic. Our food was served in the rooms since the restaurants were not functional to avoid crowding in a confined space. Their contactless service is very efficient. I had run out of tissues in my car and since it's a long drive back home I asked the front desk executive 'Shraddha' if I could buy a box of tissues from the hotel since I was going to take the highway and may not find any shops to get some. She was so nice to provide me a complimentary a brand new box of tissues without any charge. The food was amazing, the rooms are clean and the landscaping around the property and the hotel's interiors reflect elegance. We loved out stay at the hotel. Thank you Marriott for your hospitality. We really appreciate it. If we're ever in Indore again, we'd definitely stay with you.

We were here for a small party hosted by our group. Earlier it was Taj, than Fortune, and now Marriott. We have seen all the management. Change in decor and ambience really nice. But was not happy with mobile carrying executives just simply on on mobile to call executive and keeping Guest in waiting though it's all for their business also. Any way negotiations were part of banquet booking, though flexibility required at Hotel Executives end, not seen. Arrangement for party was very good with all the services. Drinks and Food were delicious and well served. Advised Chef to check the Party menu before finally preparing as he changed Sweet Kala Gulabjamun to Normal Gulabjamun and started to convince us that it's Kala Gulabjamun, and was corrected by his Senior Chef on this oversight. So enjoyed our party at Merriot SALON II.

I never seen such a worst amenities or premises even it's a worst dump place in any city or in India or in World, no facilities even i never come in contact such a bad or rotten place before in my life. It was a disasterable business trip and i never want to met or go for such a fake advertising worthless charriot false garbage city dhaba and unhygienic place ,not favourable place for health. The first two days were not at all comfortable with some unfortunate things happening. The staff are friendly but at times seem cosmetic and ritualistic. I have three more days at the hotel. Hope they will become better. Nope, wishful thinking. The food served in the room today had lukewarm soup..and the icing on the cake was when at 10.40 pm our room door was knocked on. I had just fallen asleep and to my horror, the man had brought someone else's luggage..He didn't even realise that I had switched on the DND sign. All this for a 5 star hotel? I was here for two nights, paid exorbitant price as cricket match was scheduled and hotels were looting the customers. Horrified with the dust accumulated in the entire room very poorly maintained room. I was made to understand this is superior room for elite customers. Wasted about 3 hours in getting the attention of hotel senior employees. Huge resistance by front desk staff to connect me to senior officials. Faced huge inconvenience..! smelly gym and gym instructor giving preference to cricket squad for using the.machines. Would avoid coming back. On the other hand breakfast buffet was awesome. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Just a big scam in name of big brand. Charging you expensively high amount of money upfront in name of brand and services offered are worst. Booked it for sister's wedding, promised to get rooms hand over around 2 in noon, didn't provide for that till evening 6. Post that the food was average and almost went off before guest can even eat. Takes around 1 hour to deliver the mattress and that too at around 1 in night. Rude staff and poor hospitality. Repeatetive menu, will serve you the leftover of last night in breakfast. Manager forced to pay the balance amount before the start of reception else he won't serve the guest. This is the kind of bully they do once they know that they have you and you cannot escape. Total disheartening and disgraceful experience.

Best breakfast I've ever had. Best shower I've ever had. Amazing service. Whenever we looked puzzled someone came to help. A member of kitchen staff, Reet, was very knowledgeable about the food and the area. Also the entire hotel smelled great.
