True to their standards. My only complaint is that when there are 3 guests the toiletries should be kept as per the number of guests. We had to call them for water, toothbrush. Of course the service is very very quick. No complaints bout that. And breakfast is yummy & staff is very very cooperative. Thanks to Kundan & Arpita. Will definitely visit again.

The place is as most star properties are. Huge and overpowering. I personally find such ambience distressing. And the colours used in this property are tones of brown and greys. It felt bit gloomy.I wish they put some natural plants in there to bring some life in. But the food in buffet was good. Services were good too. Great experience, food lacked the taste when it comes to indore kitchen. 54 prangan was a bit overpriced and wasn't worth the hype I heard of it. Overall I loved the hospitality and experience during entire stay. Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4

This is the first time I stayed at the Indore Mariott. Pros - Very large spacious rooms. Very courteous and friendly staff. Over excellent ambience. Cons - Limited In room dining menu. If you are a vegetarian, choices reduce further. After a hard days work, you may want to have quiet dinner in the comfort of your room. But due to limited menu you may need to step out.Barring this it was a very good experience.

The staff exhibited a high level of cooperation, humility, and efficiency in their service. However, I noticed that the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, were somewhat small and lacked natural light. Additionally, the banquet halls were satisfactory, but the ventilation could be improved. A simply wonderful place!! I don't know where to start from. The rooms... the rooms are not only plush but also exclusive. Proper and clean beds available and sanitary measures in the bathrooms. The restaurant is also wonderful. Personalised recipes can be ordered and an interactive staff highlights the exclusivity of this place. Finger-licking good food is made personally by the chef and the ambience is also wonderful. But, it is also slightly more expensive than other hotels.

It didn’t felt like a 5-Star Hotel. The bathroom was dirty and has stains. The staff are nice, breakfast was good, massage was OK but not worth it. I also did my hair styling which was OK. Hopefully they improve the property.

Food is average. Hospitality is really good. However, the taste does not match the local flavour. Indore is famous for tasty spicy food, but the food served here is far from that. Ambience is absolutely wonderful. Live music would make it even better. Prices are on a higher side please check before ordering else you may end up with a fat bill. Location-wise it's in the prime of city.
