Indore Marriott Hotel

First of all sorry for the half finished food pics lol Do we have to talk about warm reception? we're talking abt marriort here.. anyways the lady greeted us and gave us table, outside ( but covered) area with children play area. my daughters loved it. The staff on other hand was very affable. 🤘 Coming to food we selected buffet over ala-carte. CHESSE BALLS :- perfect cheese,nt too hard,nt too soft. PIZZA :- the base was hand made which was very crumbly. the topping was done so good that every thing on it was beung tasted equally. MOCKTAIL :- Forgot the name :s u can see in the picture, but it was very very tasty, The harabhara kebab :- Was okay, i didnt liked it. it was nt stale but nt that much appealing. Chilly paneer :- Was Stupendous, the red edible colour 💓 with copybook chinese touch. WHITE SAUCE PASTA :- I didnt ate it., but my SO did. and it was quitessential, i could tell by the look on the face after taking firdt bite haha We didnt had too much food, i have soya,and sev ki sabji and naan. which was very nice 👍 Ending to the embience. obv it have to be nice. its a freaking 4.5 or 5 * category hotel. Shld visit alteast once.

Excellent customer service. Always greeted with a smile and namaste. Breakfast is a very varied spread. Excellent dinning options. Each of the staff.. Starting with Sukrati at check in to Ritesh at morning breakfast was very professional. Excellent customer service. I look forward to my next stay with them.

One of the worst experience of my life time in an hotel. Staff behaviour was unacceptable. Even we have to carry our own luggage on our own even after having our small kids with us. I have had a really bad experience at this marriot. Traveling with my school, the staff were not prepared to handle the kids even though they were given weeks of prior notice. The rooms given to us were used and in a messy shape which showed how poorly managed this marriot. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous. We were looked afer by Bipin during our stay. The food was delicious and the staff @Indore Kitchen was friendly. Special Mention for Nikki and Manager Saurabh Would recommend staying here. We plan to do it again soon. We went for our wedding anniversary on V Day for buffet . Ambiance are good . But only 2 verity of veg starter paneer and Manchurian . Which you can eat anywhere near your residence . Starter is cold like for 3 hrs old. Main course and deserts are good . But picking spoon plates bowls were not available after 10 pm . There is only one picking spoon for 7-8 types of cakes . Poor service too . Overall 2/10

The Hotel is situated at a very convenient location. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Indore kitchen offers great variety of food on the platter. The staff at it is very professional, responsive, and accomodative . Generally, it is a good property to stay if you are visiting Indore.
