There was a Hotel industry Event. Food was V. Tasty & so as the deserts. Limited glasses of mocktails & cold drinks were being Served. Snacks served in less amount . But overall All Fine. Went for a business trip and had some Major issues. Rooms are not that clean. The service takes forever. I had to order for in room dining and had to go downstairs after trying and waiting for 35 min. Called from my phone in front of the staff (Abhijeet) and no one picked even than. Later as well after placing the order the food took forever to come. They apologised and then the next day same thing happened. Went for lunch and ordered orange juice and club sandwich. Asked the waiter and was told max 15 min. Again I had to leave after waiting for 35 min without having food. Not a great experience. I had visited this place last month. I usualy go to Sayaji, Mediterra, Shree maya, Jal. This time one of my friend suggested me to visit Marriott. It was a wrong decision. Only one thing was positive, which is the ambiance of the Hotel. For which 1 single star has been given. Starters were just ok. Main course was very pathetic. Everyone visit the restaurant for tasty food, but unfortunately that basic thing 'Taste' was missing from the food. On the name of juice just rasna water was there. Icecream were very cheap quality. Service was also very slow. They took almost 2 hours to serve food. I won't criticise the staff who was assisting us, because she alone had to serve around 5-6 tables. She was doing her duty at her best, but alone were not capable to serve all table efficiently. You charge around 1000₹ per person, but not able to recruit enough staff. Served food was not even hot enough. Served chapatis were become like rubber. Rice were of hostel mess quality. Recommend not to visit this place. You can have many times better food at even half price of it. I gave single star them over zomato too and after my review they asked my contact number. Most pathetic part is that after sharing my contact number with these money esters, these nuts started sending me their promotional offers over WhatsApp. What is this? I have shared my number because they asked. Instead of improving below standard service their staff Mr. Ranjan is continuously sending me the promotional message over Whatsapp. Even after warning him to not spam he is still sending promotional offers. Why don't they understand that I am not at all interested?

On 13 January 2020, on my daughter's birthday eve we visited Marriott restaurant to celebrate witth family. Here i would like to share the worst and pathetic experience we've encountered which is never ever expected by the top most Hotel of Indore. We planned to ordered ala carte as ladies of the family were fasting so had decided to order ala carte. we planned to order for kids chilli paneer(with mimimum chilli especially for kids), crispy corn and French fries. We ordered main courses alongwith. In due course crispy corns and chillypaneer was served, but chilli paneer served was very spicy, when conveyed to the waitor . He told he will get a replacement with less spicy. For which he took more than an hour as he got busy in adjacent booked table. He missed to serve french fries, that time we requested him to serve it at earliest as my son was eagerly waiting. Meanwhile main course was served even after conveying the waitor for remaining snacks , i started searching manager for complaining for same I came accross the shetering of plates near live counter kitchen area, probably one of the chef was annoyed and i saw him threwing the plate. Whole senior staff went for resolving. So I requested one of the staff to send him to my table. The height was that french fries and chilli paneer were served after the main course serving . Again chilli paneer served was spicy n and it was served for two times. During all this mishap ladies of the family went for worship of moon outside. Seeing the scenario we decided to quit and planned to take dinner outside somewhere. Meanwhile mr rajdeep came we shared all d issue and he told he will take personal care and he replaced the waitor even and he appointed saimon to our table. Rajdeep tried to compensate and mange the anger which i was having as my daughter's birthday was getting spoiled. We ordered jain dal, but it was also very spicy. Rajdeep said aee u not indorian....as indorians like spicey food n tried to manage at the best and he offered complimentary rasgulla desert. But again mishap continued. We had to request finger bowl for multiple times, alas my parents got up without washing hands. Most importantly those who all consumed desert had stomach upset. Even I had vomit and my parents were disturbed whole night doing vomit n loose morions and wife had diarrhea till now. It took half an hour in billing and we had to wait. To compensate chilli paneer and french fries were not added in bill and discount was also offered. The height of the whole was when i came home and did the total, it was shocking that there was totaling mistake in the billing system which is never ever expected for such a flaws in Marriott. (billno. Chk1160 tbl 70/2, s. No. 184766) My daughter was so excited to celebrate her birthday party with family in Marriott, but so many mishaps made her party in vain. Kindly see for such episode doesn't repeat with anyone as never expected with world class banner and best hotel of Indore n we hope some good response of this letter from administration .... Hospitality at Its Best. Pampering starts the moment you step into the hotel. The treatment that you get makes you feel very Royal. You are greeted well everywhere, folks smile a lot and they also chat with you to make you feel at home.and comfortable. The property no doubt is fantastic. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is ample parking space. 5 restaurants are there. Good swimming pool and gym. Food is by far the best here and the spread is very large. Loved the stay a lot. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

This review is based on our experience of the banquet hall event that we had there. The quality of the food was really quite exceptional with unique fusion items such as Marwari Khowsuey. The hall was quite spacious & fit our group of 120 people quite comfortably. They do also have a large outdoor space next to the indoor hall which would be ideal for events at night. Would definitely recommend this hotel for events in Indore. Kudos to the team. Trip type Business Service: 4 Location: 4

Truly commendable hospitality. I travelled with my 1 yr old and they accomodated our needs very efficiently. The Christmas Buffet dinner was one of the best spread I have had. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Overall they made our stay memorable ☺️
