Pizza Hut | Annapurna, Indore

Horrible horrible service. I placed an order at 7:57 pm and ETA was 8:27 pm. At 8:45 pm I called up their call center and they mentioned there was some delay at the store and they will arrange a call back for me from the store. Called up 4 times after that and still the same response till the 5th time when I canceled the order since it was past 10 pm. Also their order tracking is horrible. After 4th time when they dispatched my order at 9:30 pm when it was showing ETA of 10 min till 10 pm. I still didn’t see my order status as canceled. Never going to place the order again with pizza hut.

The pizza hut is undoubtedly the best place to get pizzas. They have a wide range of pizzas. Not only pizzas they also offer pasta, appetizers, garlic breads, mojitos and some desserts. They have their own baked pizza base and so they serve freshly baked pizzas. Their combos are quite good. They also offer different type of pizza bases like the cheese loaded ones and kebab loaded also.

Hi Pizza hut, Still you need to work on many things. 1. Still you are giving long paper bills. 2. Outlet and application are unable to accept sodexo payment. 3. Very less workforce on the outlet. 4. Card machine is not workimg fine. 5. At last coming to taste and ambience, it was very nice.

Good behaviour of staff members and the pizza was delicious Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really loved the service and experience. They were warm and had a good relationship quality to impress their customers. The food was also great! And they didn't take much time to give us our order. Loved it! ❤️

Visited this place today. We were the very first coustomer. I wish to give negative star rating if it is there. They dirty and spoiled serving palet. The sauce bottle was not wiped off. The plates were wet. The sprinkler top has to be cleaned by ourself. The girls at the counter were not seem to be interested to take order. I will never visit this place again nor recommend to anyone. Pizza Hut should take a strict counter measure and close this place. 😡😡😡😡😡
