Pizza Hut | Annapurna, Indore

Pizza was good and hot. Kids loved the corn pizza. Masala Pepsi and jamun drink was not good, I don't recommend. Not wheelchair friendly. Potato wedges was nice. Choco lava was also good.

Very late delivered even pizza thanda hogya tha aur very rude reply from them. Really disappointed, That's why dominos and la pinoz is best from you. I want my refund. And don't buy it from here. But from benchmark like dominis and la pinoz.

Visited this outlet Sunday evening. I'm so excited as finally pizza hut's dining in the outlet is now open nearby I.e. sudama Nagar. I'm amazed to see the menu as they have started the deals that are so good and pocket-friendly. I have ordered Rs.189 meal. And it includes a pizza, garlic breadsticks, and pasta. What a deal!! I enjoyed this dining experience. The services are good and the staff is so polite and friendly. Would recommend this outlet. Also, it's on the main road so you don't have to struggle to find the outlet.

It is one of the pathetic experience I had with this Pizza hut. Their company employees are not wearing hand gloves, their dresses, just like you are eating at very untidy place on a Road street. They are not comfortable to give you dine in if you reach at 9.30 PM IST. They will ask you to wait for 45 min when their competitor company is claiming to reach Pizza at their home place within 30 min. 1st time - Employee of Pizza hut itself come at my desk start my operating my phone giving 5 star rating to his feedback, I told him why you are doing this then he was giving excuses, worst behavior. 2nd time - I was with my wife on valentine day, they firstly told me to wait for 45 min for dine in after that they mentioned It is 9.30 we don't prefer dine in for now.

Food was delicious and had a good time with unbeatable service. Thanks pizza hut guys you people hit it. Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Group size 3-4 people

Worst pizza I ever had and service was too delay Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience ever, the quality of food also was just average. It took more than a hour to deliver after the order was placed. No response from the Sudama Nagar Branch as well. Day by day the quality is devastating. Will never recommend anyone to go for it. The pizza was not even barely warm. Wish I could log a complaint and get my refund.
