I have visited the pizza hut today. I always had very bad experience here. Employees are not wearing mask. And i have to say the washroom is in awful condition. Floor was not cleaned. And most of the table is not cleaned. When i talked to the manager he says ' we clean the washroom but i have images , this kind of unhygienic factors are not expected from the well known brand. Apart from that he is very rude and didn't adress the complaint . I also saw the employees friends are in kitchen , which was really shocking. The outlet is bhawarkuan near apple hospital. You should really look after this outlet. I have back to back bad experience here.

Very poor service,Cold pizza , rude staff, Waste of money Worst Test All So.

Wrost experience ever. This pizza hut outlet is serving market bread pizza and not making it. The bread is bery low grade and availabke in market in 10 rupee. They are doing fraud. Price per person ₹400–600

Loved this amazing Tibatian and Italian Fusion. Veg momos were soft and juicy, and topping was truly chinese, with strong flavours of garlic and onion. Simply brilliant Pizza, definitely worth trying. 😀🍻 …

This is the worst pizza hut I have ever visited. They don't even have plates, staff is not so helpful, the environment is very dull and depressing. All the the above they have charged us extra, served something which we didn't ordered and atlast we also have to pay for it. Order type Dine in Meal type Other Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic, gross, unhygienic, adulterated pizza and cheeze, Rude cashier Brought plain fried fries when ordered for cheeze sprinkled fries A strong appeal to Pizza Hut to come and inspect this franchise they are tarnishing your name beyond repair And to anyone visiting or ordering from here please refrain my dog has better hygiene in comparison Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, but the experience was very disappointing. The pizza I received was completely cold and tasted very bad. It seemed like the pizza was old or had been prepared a long time ago. My 3-year-old niece took one piece, but she left it after a bite because it didn't taste good. Then my brother tried it and told us that the pizza tasted spoiled and was cold from the inside as well. Pizza Hut is such a big brand, so it is surprising and disappointing to see this kind of service and food quality. I did not expect this from a well-known company like Pizza Hut

Horrible experience 🤯 I will never ever go at this place 1. Itni garmi me unke AC nahi chal rahe the manegement se baat ki to pata chala ek hi AC working h 😱 that's really not enough 🥵 We were all drenched in sweat. 2. Computer system hang ho raha tha half an hour se jyada bill banane me laga diye. 5. Cash payment par return karne ke liye change bhi nahi the 🤦 But the only staff was helpful Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Wait time No wait
