Worst Domino's Pizza I have ever seen. They don't even have sufficient amount of chairs and the taste was also not good. Don't go there your expierence will be worst. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don’t even try to order from here, worst service ever. They don’t even pick up the call. I would rate in negative if that was possible. Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order from any other outlet, but not this one. Absolute garbage food, stale and expired, wrong items delivered, that too after an hour of placing the order. Ruined the night, and my mood to ever order from Domino's ever again. Kindly avoid this outlet. Maybe go and dine in, but never order. After waiting for more than 1 hour, the delivery rider called and asked me to share the OTP, claiming he was nearby. However, OTP is meant to be shared only at the time of actual delivery. When I refused to give the OTP before receiving my order, the rider immediately disconnected the call. After that, I tried calling him multiple times, but he did not answer. I waited another 30+ minutes, but there was no update or delivery. I then tried to contact the store using the number provided in the app, but the number was invalid, which made the situation even worse. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Long delays, poor communication, and no proper customer support. Totally unacceptable service. Order type Delivery Meal type Other Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Indore has many Domino's, but I had a very different and weird kind of experience here. The staff was not wearing proper uniforms, but it feels like any random people go inside the kitchen. In the store, the food was hot and all good, but in the takeaway the it was not good at all. The pepsi bottle was also not chilled, and service was also very slow. They even forgot my order by putting it somewhere. Not at all recommended, I would suggest checking the other outlet instead of this one 4/10 Order type Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

"Worst Outlet of Dominos". Dominos should take action and immediately shut this worst outlet if it wants to save its brand reputation. I am a regular customer of dominos, i have tasted their pizza in almost all outlets in Indore but this outlet is extremely bad. Rude staff, asks for OTP even before delivering prepaid order to avoid 30 minutes late rule. I am attaching pictures of pizza they sent me yesterday, even a street vendor "thelewala" gives better pizza than them. Unhygienic outlet with worst staff attitude and zero knowledge on how to prepare dominos food items. SHUT IT DOWN PLEASE!
