Non attentive staff unhygienic full of uncomfort never suggest to anyone ..

I have been there for a dine in first of all that lady who was taking the orders she didn't greed us. even she didn't ask for the orders. She didn't tell us about the offers combo we used to wait for a long she was on phone all the time I don't know why the call so important for her more than the customers. She even take too long time to prepare our food. We went here first time and the pathetic experience we had. I never prefer this place of Domino's. I would request you to please train your staff how to behave with customer or improve your service like your other outlet have. The taste was also worst sorry to say very dissatisfied with this location and food please take care of hygiene everything I would say was zero in terms of food, service, staff, hygiene etc. Thank you Order type Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹200–400

I ordered at 11.27, the order get delivered to me at 1.30 pm. I waited for 2 hours & I got parcels than the ordered one. Too shameful for saying first of all 30 mins delivery & then delivering different order. Very Poor Service Waited 20–25 mins after placing a prepaid order, then got a call saying they won’t deliver to my location. They told me to either pick it up from near their store or cancel it for a refund. Why accept the order if you can’t deliver? Really bad experience. Not ordering from Domino’s again. I'm writing this review a bit later than the incident, but the experience was disappointing enough that it deserves to be shared. I placed a pizza order around 6:00 PM, with a clear delivery promise of 30 minutes. However, my pizza was finally delivered at 7:40 PM — over 1 hour and 40 minutes late. After waiting for a long time, I contacted customer care, where I was first kept on hold and then told to pick up the pizza from the store — despite having opted and paid for home delivery. After insisting that pickup was not possible, they assured me it would be delivered in the next 15–20 minutes. Even that turned out to be false. When the delivery boy finally arrived, I asked him why the order was so delayed. He informed me that the order was mistakenly accepted by the wrong outlet — Badganga — even though my location is in Palasia. Due to this, the order was transferred twice between outlets, which caused the long delay. This shows serious mismanagement and poor coordination between outlets and the central order system. There was no communication, no proactive update, and no apology from Domino’s for this confusion and delay. While the food did eventually arrive, the overall service experience was highly disappointing.
