I had very bad experience today with Cake n Craft. Poor service. B'day Cake was descent, but there are better options available at this cost with much better service. Now I noticed other negative review comments, which I should have been noticed earlier. Didn't find the willingness to improve. Food: 3 Service: 1 Recommended dishes Birthday Cake
Ordered a 2.5kg cake on short notice for an engagement party they prepared a beautiful cake. Everyone loved it.

The taste of red velvet is awesome 🤩 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Very disappointed with this cake shop. We had specifically ordered a full fondant cake and paid a high price for it, but what was delivered was just a cream cake. The cake did not match what was promised, and for the amount charged, the quality and honesty in service were not at all satisfactory. When customers pay a premium, they expect the product to be exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, our experience was not good and I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service. I bought a cake for my bubu! It was very delicious😋😍 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Although the cake is delicious but please avoid using decorative pearl on edible product for the sake of decoration.I almost cracked my tooth. These could be very dangerous if a kid swallows it.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday cake in advance which was really simple to make. They ruined an extremely simple design with horrible handwriting on the cake, and too much glitter. Even after giving corrections, none were made with extremely unhelpful and lazy staff. The cake was delivered very late around 8:30pm on the birthday when it was supposed to be delivered at 5pm for convenience. Also, the cake tasted really dry like it was days old. Also, this tiny abomination of a cake costed Rs. 1650 Order type Delivery Price per person ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
