Worst cake shop I have ever seen. I ordered a bento cake and the cream tasted so bitter that nobody ate and everything was wasted. The owner talks very illogical things and is very rude and doesn't care about what customers say about the cake. I have experienced this kind of behaviour twice from his side. Owner gives very stupid examples to justify himself when the cake is not up to the mark or as expected. I recommend to please not order from this shop. I had specifically asked for ‘Happy Birthday Sweets,’ but i think they initially forgot to add ‘Sweets’ and only included it after my reminder, making it look like an afterthought. While the cake itself tasted fine, the customization and attention to detail were disappointing. If you’re looking for a cake with precise customization, I’d recommend confirming multiple times to avoid such issues.
