Greatly amazed with experience, they are very well organised with their work and sweetly attend the customers. Amazing varieties of cakes in affordable prices ( hard to find in Indore nowadays ). I would have given more than 5 stars for my experience.

Yesterday tried fresh cream roll which was awesome. Today bought their bread which smells like burnt cheese in patty maker. I called up on the number provided but the guy on the other side said, "bhaiya ye number complaint ka nahi mera hai. Complaint ka doosra number hai" Now was the receiver a fool or these guys are unprofessional. This is my first and worst experience. Jab ki they should handle things more professionally. Pata hi nahi yaar ki diya number kiska hai!!! Item.kharaab se jyada inki unproffesionality pe hansi aa gayi.

Very poor service..Today I had placed an order for a red velvet cake in afternoon at (1.30 pm), the full payment of which was deposited in advance, And they told me that you can take delivery of the cake after 2 hours. But due to busy schedule at my office when i reached at bakery around 7.45pm to take delivery of cake, the attendants started moving in and out of the kitchen and kept me standing for 20 minutes without informing me anything. After that they started talking among themselves that the kitchen person does not have any pending order, So I understood that he has not made my cake. And when i asked about my order then they done red work on a white cake, it was given to me as red velvet. Pathatic and very very poor service. Do not visit or suggest this shop to anyone.

I ordered a pineapple cake and a mango cheesecake from this bakery online. The cake was bad and stale. Nobody ate that. Even the cheesecake tasted like syrup. Would not recommend it to anyone. I guess they just give stale food in online delivery because they think it is the safest way of getting rid of stale cakes.

I was searching for a nice Mini cakes and then I got to know this shop - Bakerywala, which serves a variety of mini cakes - White forest, dark chocolate , pineapple, butter scotch, cassata (I bought). The cake i purchased was really fresh. Apart from cakes/deserts they serve snacks, breads, Plum cakes and other bakery items. Even they have dine-in facility for having snacks so that you can comfortably enjoy your treat in there. The current location of Bakerywala is a cloud kitchen near Dewas Naka seems like a old godown where they make the breads and cakes, there was no hygiene what so ever in the room, there were bed of workers next to cakes, no gloves - nothing. Mess all over the place, I was in hurry so I’ve got 2 pastries but they were old when I tasted them in home. I’ve never thought of such carelessness from such an esteemed brand.
