"AV Madhuram in Bhawarkua, Indore, seems to fit the idiom 'Great Boast, Little Host.' Hindi: ऊँची दुकान फीके पकवान Despite its impressive exterior lights, the experience was marred by several issues. The crowded entrance, lack of seating, and loud noise made it overwhelming. The staff's attire was unpresentable, and the absence of handwashing facilities and washrooms was a major concern. Be prepared to hangon to your body fluids until you reach home or run to a public toilets / urinal. The sandwich I ordered was mislabeled as a regular sandwich but turned out to be an open sandwich with an unusual combination of ingredients. The thick besan sev and excessive mayo and some indefinable sweetness overpowered the taste. The service was also disorganized, with no clear announcements for order pickups. While the interior was well-decorated, the overall experience was disappointing. Unless they revamp their service and menu, I wouldn't recommend AV Madhuram. One visit is enough". I visited recently and would like to share my honest feedback as a well-wisher. The sandwich stuffing was good, but overall the taste was not satisfying. It was served with very less heat and did not seem properly prepared. Even the guests at the table beside us felt the same. Currently there seems to be a lot of rush due to the hype, but maintaining taste and quality is very important for long-term success. This branch is way better than the original one. It has proper seating space and parking space, which the original branch lacked. As for the taste, I think it's better than the original branch, the sandwich was crispy and saucy. I liked the original branch, but I liked this new outlet even more. All in all, both outlets are good, but if you are coming with family, prefer the Bhawarkua outlet, and if you are with friends, you can go to any of the two. Prices are also the same across both outlets: ₹150 for sandwich and ₹50 for cold coffee.
