Providing everything doesn't satisfy the customer always the main issue is about taste which is almost 0 in the sandwich .... Worst sandwich I have ever had I recommend not to come here ...there is no spice no salt and nothing in the sandwich ...... Better you try something else instead of wasting 200 bucks for such a garbage. Today, I ordered a cold coffee and a Jumbo Sandwich for 150 rupees at AV Madhuram Sandwich, near Prestige College, Scheme 78. The sandwich was served within just two minutes, but it was cold seems like cooked around 15 mins ago, overly stuffed to the point of being messy, yet surprisingly not good in taste. The crumb sides were also burnt, something other customers seemed to experience as well. The place was well decorated, and the ambience was decent. However, it didn't live up to the hype I'd seen on social media, I'd rate the sandwich 1 out of 5 stars, and the cold coffee 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, not quite worth the expectations. We visited the Vijay Nagar, Scheme No. 78 outlet. I’m not sure if the issue is specific to this particular outlet, because we’ve heard and seen so many good reviews and reels about their sandwiches, and the brand seems to be quite popular. Actually, my 4-year-old daughter is a big fan of this place, especially because they serve chips along with the sandwich, which is quite attractive for kids. She really wanted to come back, so that’s the main reason I visited this outlet a second time. Otherwise, after my first experience, I probably wouldn’t have returned. Unfortunately, both times we had a very similar experience. The bread felt extremely dry and over-toasted, almost as if the sandwiches had been toasted twice or re-toasted before being served. The bread was so hard that it was difficult to even tear apart. The filling itself tasted good, but the overall sandwich didn’t feel fresh. What made it more disappointing was that the sandwiches seemed to have a very dark, heavily toasted appearance, and there was a lot of mayonnaise and garnish added on top. It almost felt like the heavy topping was being used to cover up the overly dark and over-toasted bread. I obviously can’t say for certain that this was the reason, but that was the impression we got from the sandwich. Overall, the sandwich lacked the balance you would expect: crispy on the outside, but still soft, fresh and enjoyable inside. Instead, the bread was hard, dry and excessively toasted. The cold coffee was disappointing as well. It tasted more like a mixture of ice cream and artificial ingredients rather than a proper milk-based cold coffee. I was expecting something thick, creamy and naturally milky, but it didn’t have that fresh, natural taste at all. It felt quite artificial. Many people’s sandwiches also looked similarly over-toasted, and some had left their sandwiches unfinished, which seemed like a waste. I’m not sure whether they simply didn’t like them or whether there was some other reason. Overall, our experience at this particular outlet was not satisfying, especially considering how popular their sandwiches seem to be elsewhere. Based on our two visits, I wouldn’t recommend this outlet if you’re specifically looking for a fresh, soft-and-crispy sandwich and a good, naturally creamy cold coffee.
