Visited this place group of friends. If you are want to explore some quick burger bite then this place is recommended. The ambience and curated menu of burger and beverages are amazing. Its one beverage is popular amongst people is GULABO originally known as pink lemonade. It’s refreshing and cool to grab in any season. The service is usual so no extra marks but having burger is what you should truly explore. Had a great experience here. The chicken burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken wings were crispy with just the right amount of seasoning, and the onion rings were fresh, crunchy, and delicious. The food arrived quickly, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Definitely a place I'd visit again and recommend to anyone craving good fast food. I am extremely disappointed with my order. The burger I received was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. There was barely any onion, lettuce, or cheese, even though these ingredients were clearly advertised. The onions that were included were poorly cut, stale-looking, and of very poor quality.😡😡😡😡 The burger itself tasted awful, and the overall quality was unacceptable. It looked carelessly prepared and was completely different from what was promised. It was not edible, so I did not eat it. I threw the entire burger into the dustbin because it was that bad. I placed the order through Twing from Burger Singh. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel the order after seeing the poor quality, the cancellation option did not work. This was a completely misleading experience. The product delivered did not match the advertised images or description, and I feel cheated as a customer. I want a full refund of the amount I paid. In addition, I expect fair compensation for this extremely poor experience. I also request a coupon worth double the amount I paid because of the inconvenience, misleading product, and the complete waste of my money and time. I hope this issue is resolved immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. Food: 1 Service: 1
