Bhartiya Burger (Saket)

Bhartiye Burger, despite being highly promoted on Instagram, turned out to be a massive disappointment in every single department. We visited with high expectations due to the social media hype, but the reality was far from the polished images online. The experience began poorly with their recommended burger, which was described as tangy but turned out to be unpleasantly sweet. It is hard to imagine who would enjoy a sweet burger, and this major flavor mismatch set a negative tone for the rest of the meal. The side items and quality were equally concerning. The lassi we ordered felt incredibly fake and artificial, making it almost impossible to consume. Furthermore, the burger patty was overcooked and heavily soaked in oil, which is completely ironic and opposite to their branding of being a healthy option. Even when we tried a second burger, the story remained the same average taste and subpar quality that did nothing to redeem the first impression. The pricing is also completely unjustified for what is being served. Charging a premium for a simple, small, and oily burger with an overcooked patty and without even including cheese is simply not sustainable. The place was notably empty during our visit, and it is clear why, they are unlikely to survive if they continue to deliver this level of quality in the name of a specialty burger. There are significantly better burger options available in the same locality, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
