It was great when you started the outlet but since it has gone from worse to pathetic ...first of all the service your employee provide and secondly there is always an issue in something ....sometime they don't accept online payment , machine not working ,chef not available ...I mean if you can't serve at the premier location better close the outlet . I had a very disappointing experience with Wow! Momo. I ordered momos expecting proper quality and labeling, but they sent both veg and non-veg momos mixed together in the same order without any proper labeling on the boxes. This is extremely careless and unacceptable, especially for people who are strictly vegetarian or have dietary restrictions. It shows complete negligence and lack of responsibility in handling food orders. I will definitely think twice before ordering from here again. Not expected from a brand like Wow! Momo. I had a disappointing experience. I asked for the Khali Thali, but the chef came out and refused, saying he didn’t want to cook 10 items. The receptionist then asked if I’d like to order something else, so I chose noodles — and even then, the chef made a very unpleasant face.
