Very Disappointed – Extremely Bad Experience To be very honest, I don’t understand how this place is getting good reviews, because my experience was completely opposite. I ordered: Jhol Momos Thupka Soup The food was a complete waste of money. It was extremely spicy, even though I had clearly requested it to be very less spicy. It took 45 minutes to get my order, and even after that I had to remind them 4 times. The service was absolutely pathetic. The food quality was really, really bad, and the service was so poor that I can’t even describe it properly. The behaviour of the person at the reception was also not good and very unprofessional. Overall, it was a very bad experience. When this outlet was at Chopati it was much better, but in the shop now, it is terrible. I would not recommend this place at all. Honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. It takes around 1 to 1.5 hours just to get a single order. They claim to follow a token system, but the staff clearly doesn’t care about it and serves people randomly. On top of that, they even delivered the wrong order. The hygiene standards are shocking — reusing chopsticks is completely unacceptable. And the taste? Easily the worst part. They are trying to sell “unique” food in the name of Nepali momos, but the quality and taste are absolutely terrible. Overall, very disappointing service, poor management, bad hygiene, and awful food. Definitely not recommended.
