I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered momos and received only 5 very small pieces for ₹160, which is extremely overpriced. While your packaging and service were good, the quantity and quality of the food were very poor. I expected much better from a brand like yours. This experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. Please work on improving the value and quality of your food. Disgusting Experience – Burnt Momos Sent! Ordered from Wow! Momo through Swiggy and honestly, I regret every bit of it. What I received were not momos, they were burnt and looked like they came straight out of a trash bin. Absolutely inedible and revolting. To make it worse, according to their BS policy, they’re refunding only 45% of the amount. Why? I didn’t even get something remotely edible — why should I pay even a single rupee for this garbage? If this is what Wow! Momo considers acceptable food, then they seriously need to shut shop. Zero quality control. Zero accountability. Just pathetic. Avoid at all costs. Never ordering again. However, the outlet staff informed me that the voucher items were out of stock and they could not provide the items. My voucher is valid, but I am unable to redeem it due to item unavailability at the outlet. Please note that I visited the outlet within the voucher validity period, but I could not redeem it solely because the required items were unavailable. If my voucher expires due to this issue, I should not be held responsible, as the non-redemption was caused by the outlet's stock unavailability. I ordered Veg Darjeeling Momos, but the package had a non-veg tag on it. As a vegetarian, this was extremely disturbing. I had to open and check every single momo from the inside before I could even trust the food. The momos were also completely overboiled, making the overall experience even worse. I couldn’t eat them, and my entire experience was ruined. I hadn’t eaten momos for almost a month and finally decided to order them, but this is what happened. It is very disappointing and raises serious concerns about your quality control and food handling. I ordered thukpa for the 2nd time. While eating First time i didn't noticed the vegetables that carefully. This time i am sick and ordered for better throat condition but this is what i get. It pissed me off seeing how vegetables are not being checked before putting into food. I've ordered momo before... what if the stuff inside is like shown in the picture also... molded and spoiled.
