Amazing Dining Experience! I had an incredible meal at the restaurant ! The food was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with the freshest. Kudos to Chef Dipanshu , Ganesh and Bhagwan. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made the experience even better. And the dessert? Simply divine! This is a very attractive rooftop restaurant. However, my recent dining experience there with a group of 10 Indori colleagues was extremely disappointing. The food pricing is roughly three times what you would pay in a mid tier Indore restaurant. The service was extremely slow. One of our dishes arrived 2 hours after we ordered it, many others took 45 minutes or more to arrive. Wait staff seemed not to come to the table much even though the indoor part of the restaurant was deserted and there was only one other smaller group on the patio. When you wait that long and pay that much for food you might expect above average quality. All in my group agreed that the food was tasteless. Out of a dozen restaurants I've dined at in Indore this one had the highest prices and the worst food. Every dish was below expectations. The menu has a key for different types of food, which is helpful, for example red and green dot for non veg and veg, milk bottle for food containing dairy, green V for vegan. As a vegan I was pleased to see that V in the key, but there was not a single item I could find on the menu, other than perhaps steamed rice, that had that V beside it. The staff were able to prepare a grilled veg and a mushroom dish but these were not filling. I ordered dal takda and rice after realizing I would otherwise leave starving. Forty five minutes later I was eating something that had less flavor than plain oatmeal. If you want to enjoy the rooftop atmosphere and have a fancy (and very expensive) mocktail or cocktail, fine. But don't plan to eat there, or else prepare to be greatly disappointed and a lot poorer. I’ve been a regular visitor to Dhuan since the time it was under Wow Hotel, and back then it used to be one of my favourite places in Indore great service, good food, and a well-managed experience overall. However, ever since the property got acquired by Taj and became Wow Crest the quality has dropped drastically. The service is completely bizarre now the staff seems clueless and uncoordinated. They can’t even manage to serve a proper meal for two people on time. I’ve given them multiple chances, but this is the third consecutive visit where I’ve faced major service delays and poor management. The food quality has gone down as well, which is disappointing coming from a place that once had such high standards. It’s honestly sad to see a restaurant that used to be so consistent lose its touch this way. Hope the new management at Wow Crest takes feedback seriously and brings back the quality and efficiency that Wow Hotel was once known for. Order type Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Recently visited and had a truly delightful experience. The ambience of the hotel is excellent — elegant, warm, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with the special Kashmiri Gucchi being a standout dish. The drinks, especially The Dush, were superb and perfectly crafted.
