I'm big fan of south Indian food. And they have the perfect authentic dosa and idlis. The presentation is on top. The taste is on top. The atmosphere is on the top. The food was amazing. Tried Ghee Podi Masala Benne and Ghee Podi Thatte Idli, both tasted fresh & flavourful. The ambience is nice, calm and peaceful. It's a good place for families to go, but full disclosure that the pricing is on a little higher side. What I didn't like personally was that the staff seemed really unbothered/ lost. Rest all was great. Will definitely come back! The dosa tasted really good and the flavours were delicious. However, it was a little too loaded with ghee/oil, which made it feel quite greasy. After my regrettably horrifying brush with fusion at Shree Dosa Ram, where I had popped in while waiting for my doctor's appointment the last time, Benne turned out to be an outstandingly good decision. As a first-time visitor, I asked for recommendations. Masala Ghee Podi Garlic Benne Dosa was one of them. Perfectly flavourful and thick. They know their Sambhar, too. The atmosphere was lovely, the restaurant clean. I'd say it's a must-visit place. The food, from what I had anyway, is comparable to Benne by AR on YN Road. However decent your food be, if the floor is going to look like this. When asked about cleanliness, the manager Pushpendra mentions our cleaning happens at 11 coz it was Sunday yesterday and everyone got tired.
