We went there on Sunday. But it was not that crowded. Live music was going on 👌. Ambience is very good. Nice place for family dinner, friends meet or for any occasion. Overall food was very good. Quantity for Sabji and Rice was good. We ordered Tomato Soup, Minestrone Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Paneer Nassemum Kebab (loved it) , Spinach Corn Au-gratin, Methi Malai Mutter, Roti, Jeera Rice and Fruit Punch. We went for dinner. First of all, the servicing was very slow and no liquor. Most importantly, they served us the food containing insect. We were so not expecting this from such a big restaurant. We go for quality only to such big restaurant. On top of that, the attitude of Manager was pathetic. When we highlighted this thing to him, he started arguing with us. Very bad attitude. Went there for my relatives wedding ceremony. Spread in sprawling area it's super big hotel. I stayed in hotel room for 2 night. Rooms are well spacious with huge window, washroom. Room service is good. They have one massive hall for marriage ceremony which can accomodate 800-1000 guest for marriage. They have big lawn for night wedding and ground is also very big.

Went with a family of 6 members and a kid. Overall it was a bad experience. 1. Lots of mosquitos and inspect near to the pool. 2. It took 1.5 hrs to serve post the order is placed. 3. Staff was not interested in serving and poor behaviour. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I booked a table for 2 people from Swiggy application at Bule Salt Restaurant Essentia Holte Indore, at the time of booking it was 900 for 2 people but when the time of billing came they gave me a bill of 4012 rupees saying terms and conditions, they cheat the customer. The food was yum.. The charges of certain things were unjustified like the water bottles and cold drinks in cans were sold on literal double price rather it should've been on mrp.... The rate of an onion salad too was 150rs !! Which was equal to other salads which is very unlike. Food: 5
