A best place for foodies in Indore , which is easily accesible and famous by its name 56 dukaan ..all you find is best momos ,rolls, shawarmas ,maggie ,and despite being a street food area you will find it clean than any other street food areas . Thats why Indore is always being awarded for its cleanliness.

Our extended family members were here and they expressed their desire to explore Indore and its specialities. We took them to some selected places, but how could we not take them to Chappan Dukan which makes Indore world famous for the delicacies served here. We reached there at 8 p.m. and incidentally, it was Valentine's Day. The entire place was crowded with young couples. But the challenge was that the entire place was digged and huge holes were left open. Moreover, the bent long iron rods were lying scattered all around. There was a lot of dust and we had to be cautious to move around as we had some elderly people as well. However, this difficulty could not fade away the taste of delicious snacks. We started our food trip with Johnny Hot Dog. It serves non-vegetarian hot dogs as well, but we settled for vegetarian hot dogs. It was more like burger served with chutnis and the taste was amazing. From there, we reached Prakash Namkeen where we bought packets of laung, lehsun sev which add flavour in the lives of its consumers. It was now the turn of Vijay Chaat House where we had patties followed by Shikanji. Do not confuse patties with regular patties as it was a round ball made of potato and stuffed with grated coconut. Shikanji was a thick liquid with rabri, dry fruits mixed well. It was really filling. We crossed the road and came to Mau Kulfi. We had a plate of kesar pista matka kulfi and then rabri malai matka kulfi. The taste was great. They also serve great Pao Bhaji, but we were stuffed. There are a few shops that sell various types of flowers and different kinds and designs of bouquets. It is advisable to take a cab or an auto to reach this place. Moreover, a two-wheeler is still fine, but parking space for four wheelers is a challenge especially during weekends and holidays. We suggest that you reach by 7.30-7.45 p.m. as the food outlets start getting closed by 9.30 p.m. or so. Moreover, some of the famous food outlets have their food stock exhausted by 9.00 p.m. Visit Chappan whenever you are at Indore else your visit will be deemed as incomplete. And yes, you may not find exact 56 food outlets. ;-) Happy Snacking!

It is basically range of fast food shops, 56 fast food shops and restaurants. That is why it is called 56 (chappan in hindi) dukan (shops), but I think now it has exceeded that number. People from east do not think will find it that exciting as you can find such kind of places in your area too. Place is crowded so would recommend to keep extra eye on children and physically challenged person.

56 the most popular place of indore 🙈 and favorite too 💖 56 has various varieties of food and it has so many shops as well. I bet you can't try all the food items in one day 😅 and you will be coming here again and again like i do 🤷🏻‍♂️ …

This is most popular fast food street of Indore it's has improved year on year keeping it's self with all young crowd of Indore, if you want to see beautiful girl of local and Indore with food you should just visit this place in night, food is tasty and hot ready to be served, this place has all the food for all type of person, if you don't want to have dinner at hotel, Just visit this place, it's simply good. I had heard much about this place so went with a lot of expectation. And I wasn't disappointed. We went to Vijay Chaat for the awesome coconut filling patties, and it was mind-blowing! Then headed to Sapna sandwich for the famous sandwich, bhutta ki kich, dahi wada. And I must say everything that we ordered was superb. I intend visiting this place again for sure.

The best street food experience you'll ever have . Enjoy the different delicious dishes from over 56 shops. Even after so much of crowd and shops the cleanliness is maintained very nicely. Vijay chaat is must try. LIG pazzta is also awesome and the paneer role is mouth watering dish at 56 dukan.

You will find many varieties to eat, but not all the shops provide value for money food. You can get better options from other street vendors in Indore. There's a shop 'khana shana' there, one must try it if going to 56 Dukan

This place is amazing as there are different outlets of food here which offers you different kind of food you also get parking space here and if someone wants to do shopping then this place have shops of clothes also. You find famous joints of indore here like young tarang- they have a wide range of food in their menu to choose from , vijay chaat house their patis is a must try, Johnny hot dog- you find veg & nonveg hot dog here and the price is also cheap.

Excellent place to buy namkins, very good amount of variety you will get here, the namkins are also of great taste and quality, also you will find many other things like sweets and snacks to eat on the go. Must visit place if you visit Indore and want to try some Indore snacks and sweets.
