The staff from wowo momo was pathetic they don't know how to behave with costumer and she don't have and knowledge about costumer service and she was very rude and if we asked something she doesn't even know how to acknowledge. Ordered, veg sizzler. Served after 10 min. Recieved- cold rice, cold momo, veg slice directly from refrigerator. But was served on sizzling hot plate. Pathetic service. Good staff. I had plain steamed momos (ok but a little spicy) and chicken fried rice. The rice portion was generous, but was cooked in too much oil so wasn't as healthy as I would of liked. Horrible service on Zomato. Sent no chutney only with 4 plate momos. No way to reach them out. Dont have the right phone number, are not replying to my mail. if we ask for mayonnaise, theyll charge 25 rs instantly. Beggars. You replied to my previous review but I could not reply back. Stop putting a fake front here. I mailed you with all the screenshots and details 2 days back only. There has been no response. And this happened twice.
