Very disappointing experience When this restaurant opened 2–3 years ago at Geeta Bhawan, the owner’s behavior was polite and customer-friendly. The food quality and taste were also good at that time. However, after opening another branch in Vijay Nagar Scheme 78, everything has changed drastically. Now the owner sitting at the Geeta Bhawan branch seems to care only about money, not customers or taste. The food quality has become pathetic, quantities have been reduced, and prices keep increasing day by day. Worst of all, they charge extra for sambar and chutney, which are the most important parts of any good South Indian meal. The bowls are extremely small, and even refilling sambar costs extra money. Indore has many better options for benne dosa. You are not the king of benne dosa anymore—many restaurants serve far better food at a reasonable price. I give this restaurant a negative rating. We just went there today and had ordered Ghee Karam dosa and Beetroot dosa along with grape juice and buttermilk. While the dosas were nice, they had buttermilk for only 1 person which was weird and the grape juice which they make themselves is also v bad. The customer service is terrible. They took a lot of time to serve the food.
