Went for the first time at their vijay nagar branch. Had to wait 20 mins before they could take the order. Lack of staff preparedness. Also, the sambar came diluted when I asked for more. Half the menu items weren’t available. A basic filter coffee wasn’t available. Also I found the prices are a bit high and honestly I have had better South Indian food in Indore. I am giving one star only for service because when the entire restaurant is empty , why staff decides where we will sit , its our choice where we want to sit I feel they are biased!

DO NOT FALL FOR WHAT THEY SHOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA!!!! The food is not good. There are not many options. When I went, they ran out of curd rice and took 1 HOUR to serve a dosa. They could not manage the crowd. At one point, THERE WAS SMOKE IN THE DINING AREA. Not peaceful, the parking situation is chaotic. They didn’t have enough tables. They did not even have the dessert of the day.
