I recently had a career counseling session with Vibha Gandhi, and it truly brought me clarity and confidence in my career path. She listened patiently, understood my background, and gave practical, realistic advice tailored to my situation. What I appreciated the most was how she didn't just tell me what to do — she helped me understand why a particular path made sense for me. Her insights on MBA specializations and alternative skills like Data Analytics and Psychology were spot-on. I walked away with a clear action plan, and I genuinely felt lighter and more motivated after the session. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone feeling confused about their career direction. I was in dire need of career guidance and like anyone else I googled for career counseling and came across srajak career consultancy. At first I had my doubts regarding career counseling and to be very honest thought of it as a marketing gimmick. With a skeptical mind I made the decision to give it a chance. I was first asked to attempt a psychometric test based on which a report was generated regarding my personality and interests. Then I finally met Vibha ma'am. She had thoroughly analysed my report and provided me with a detailed explanation by exploring various parts of my interests and the career suitable for me based on my personality. I was absolutely impressed by her effective diagnosis of the issue consequent to an in depth discussion she had with me. She was patient enough to listen to the inhibitions I had regarding my field of study. I had 2 counseling sessions with her and after a guided research we successfully came to a conclusion.I'm immensely grateful to her for providing me with such useful insights and imparting knowledge and guidance aiding me in making an informed decision.

Very resourceful and helpful guidance for a CBSE student, sharing many different experiences and knowledge regarding study and career options. Highly recommend for those unclear regarding options available for further education.
