MANISH HOME TUTOR

Former Pankaj Raja of Pure Machal

They send house helps for two months only because their replacement is for two months only. After 2 months their maids run away without even informing

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional maid agency—once they take your money, their promises seem to disappear. They send maids with questionable backgrounds and provide little to no transparency about them. After keeping the maid for around two months, they suddenly shift the maid to another client, leaving you stranded. It feels like they are simply rotating maids between customers while continuously collecting money. Their service, communication, and commitment are absolutely pathetic and not worth the money. Think twice before trusting this agency or paying them upfront—you may seriously regret it.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this nanny service company. It feels like the company is not genuinely interested in providing stable or reliable staff. For the last 2+ months, whenever there is an issue, the response is either “no” or there is simply no proper solution. Even when you ask for a salary adjustment to retain a nanny, they refuse to take responsibility or find a workable solution. The worst part is that after spending time adjusting to a nanny, they suddenly say they want to leave, and the company has no proper backup or accountability. For a service that deals with children and depends heavily on trust, reliability and continuity, this level of management is extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before relying on this company for long-term nanny services.
