Brainta Giftinx Inc

Absolutely pathetic service and careless attitude. They didn't complete the order at all and my friends marriage gift was ruined because of him. Then when asked for refund they took more than 1 month to refund my amount. Numerous calls, whatsapp messages but no response. Don't know how they will work in long run with this negligent and woeful attitude. Will never recommend anyone to even call them. Waste of time. Waste of energy.

"I recently visited Brainta Impex and was thoroughly impressed with their service and product quality. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized, making the shopping experience pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Brainta Impex to anyone looking for great products and excellent printing service!"

Worst service I have ever experienced, 1st they charged double, then I had to explain the same thing to three people despite mentioning in advance and drawing the placements of stickers on tshirt on a page. Then they delayed the delivery despite that delivery time being 4 days for 3 tshirts just to get a logo printed. And then also they didn't align the logo with the center. Don't waste your time, money and energy and go somewhere else.

This place should be rated negative. My rating would be -5, Very unprofessional behavior and high prices. I had visited to get wrapping papers printed, and wanted to see paper quality so i asked sample. For which owner said, it will take time to find, I said OK, meanwhile we discussed prices and details and we were still waiting for samples. Owner got busy elsewhere and totally neglected us, after total wait of 45mins I asked again and owner's reply was ki wo nai hai. And about price same thing which we discussed with him and wasted our 45 mins for, we procured it in 1/4th rates. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...SPECIALLY MONEY

Best services and best solution provider. I am so happy by services and designing solutions.

Very Disappointed The service was extremely slow and the work delivered was far from satisfactory. Communication was unprofessional, misleading, and poorly managed. I experienced false commitments and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or reliable service.

Disappointed with my experience at this place. The staff was not cooperative and seemed disinterested in helping. On top of that, there were delays and no proper updates. Definitely not the kind of service I expected. Hope they improve both quality and customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brainta India truly exceeded my expectations! Their online printing service is fast, efficient, and delivers top-notch quality. The colors were vibrant, and the finishing was flawless.
