Reception staff is very rude and not responsible,unprofessional reception team

The overall experience was good. The X-ray technician was professional and quick, and the place seemed clean and well-maintained. I had to wait a bit longer than expected despite having an appointment, but the staff handled everything calmly and apologized for the delay. Would come back if needed.

They are not on time they promised and they can not predict the actuall time they just say 5 min 5 mint for an hour
