I recently visited X-RAY HOUSE & IMAGING CENTER, Anoop Nagar to get an OPG and lateral X-ray for my jaw, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, the hygiene standards were shockingly low – there were no cotton available to clean the machines earplugs, and not a single sanitizer in sight. To make matters worse, during the procedure, they used some questionable "med" to mark on my face. (Med was in Diya 🪔) Not only was it unhygienic, but the way they tried to remove it with a dirty cloth was downright disgusting. Furthermore, the environment where the scans were done was appalling. People were casually eating food, and there was a foul smell lingering in the air. Overall, my visit to Xrayhouse Anoop Nagar was a regrettable one, and I would strongly advise against anyone considering it for medical imaging services.

Very Professional and top-notch service. One of the best radiology centre in the city. The staff hospitality was great. Especially during the COVID times, atmost precautions were taken in the way of minimum contact; timely and repetitive sanitation of the equipments and the premise.

Very bad experience...No experienced staff..and the place they collect blood sample is full of dust and webs...Disgusting..minus 100 for cleanliness maintenance . and Prachi did not even clean my hand before inserting the needle ..I had to correct her. Please do not go here.

I went for a MRI brain for one of my relatives. The whole process was done wery smoothly and within the said time. The diagnosis made was a difficult one but was later proves right on biopsy. I feel this diagnostic centre is the best in town in which the diagnosis can be believed 100%. Thank you Xray house.
