There appears to be a lack of clarity and coordination in the treatment process. Patients are repeatedly called and fees are taken, yet no effective treatment progress is seen. Communication gaps between staff cause confusion and inconvenience. It is requested that proper supervision and coordination be ensured for timely and effective patient care.

I would have given zero. The kids learning/working there will play around with your teeth to get a degree. They are rude. They are insensitive. They are totally inefficient. In winters many of them don't even shower and come. They look unkempt. I saw over 400 guinea pigs waiting for their turn. What a joke! 4 yrs later we won't need dentists.. these poor things don't even know this.

Extremely disappointed with the service and behavior of the staff and doctors here. Patients come to a hospital for help and care, but the staff here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Even the doctors talk with a lot of arrogance and show zero empathy. There is no basic courtesy or management. I would highly recommend avoiding this hospital if you expect decent treatment and respect." "Terrible experience at Govt. College OF Dentistry Indore The staff is highly unprofessional and the doctors speak with utter arrogance. No respect or empathy for patients who are already in pain. Disgusted with this kind of behavior. Management needs to take strict action! ❌"

Budget friendly, if you got lot of money 🤑💰 pls don't visit. 1 - treated by trainee, students completing their degree you their free trial patient. 2 - their filling fails, even after correction you have pain in your tooth. 3 - you visit again to complain the pain, again have to wait in a queue for hour's.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Anjali Maheshwari, Dr. Harsh, and Alka Gupta Madam for the exceptional care and treatment I received. From the very beginning, they treated me not just as a patient, but like a family member. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern made a huge difference in my journey. After experiencing a failed implant treatment earlier, I was extremely scared and anxious to go through the procedure again. However, Dr. Harsh explained everything clearly, answered all my doubts, and gave me the confidence I needed. Alka Gupta Madam was incredibly supportive and caring throughout the process. Under the guidance of Dr. Anjali Maheshwari and the dedicated team, the treatment was carried out successfully. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach truly impressed me. Today, I feel relieved, happy, and completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled doctors. Thank you once again for giving me my smile and confidence back! 😊
