Aurus PVD Furniture and More

Full customised furniture at very reasonable rates and fastest delivery in whole or Indore.

WORST EXPERIENCE, PATHETIC SERVICE, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR, HIGHLY INCAPABLE. Remark: Even a daily wage worker is more professional, skilled, responsible than Aurus Furniture We placed an order for complete furniture for three bedrooms and a sofa for living room and paid an ADVANCE AMOUNT OF 1.2 LAKH RUPEES. We lost entire 1.2 lakh rupees without any considerable deliveries. On top of that owner's behavior is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE. He wont pick up the calls nor he will call back or replies to the messages. He is expert in MAKING LAME EXCUSES everytime, I have even caught him LYING MULTIPLE TIMES. He does not even know how to professionally deal with customers. Following points explains the kind of horrible experience I had 1. Low quality products were delivered (particle boards were delivered in place of MDF boards) which is clearly breach of trust. 2. Even after revising the timeline multiple times, he failed to meet the commitments every single time. 3. Have tons of lame excuses to make. 4. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL way of dealing with customer. 5. Even after multiple discussions, no clue on design and how to deliver it. After going through such a horrible experience had to cancel my entire order without any refunds. Aurus furniture is HIGHLY INCAPABLE of making quality deliveries.

Very nice experience. The owner personally guide us through all the products, very warm personality. A visit is must if you are looking for quality furniture.

Very humble owner and staff.. customisation processed seamlessly and delivered timely. Highly impressed and very much recommended if you are looking for very good quality furniture.

Very impressed with Furniture & Choice. The service was first class. They came when they said they would and were right on time. We were kept updated too. We're delighted with the dining table and chairs, very sturdy and excellent quality. There was so much to choose from. They will be our first port of call next time we want to buy any furniture. Highly recommended!
