Very bad experience already more than one month passed I received defective confrence table I have called many times but every time some excuse but no action as they take payment in advance so they are not bothered about products

This was an amazing experience with mahidpurwala furnitures , specially your wide range of products and design .

(1) Very Very bad and unskilled team. Sale and assembling is totally different. They send man to assemble furniture, who is mischievous and probably from any roadside labour. Once their furniture is sold they don't care wether it's delivered and assembled properly or not. Very much dissatisfied. Will never buy again from here. (2) Team Mehidpurwala- Thank you for your generic response. I have already addressed matter to your team immediately, who have taken it too lightly and listened it like - Ye to roj ka matter hai... So I do not expect any honest and sincere addressel any more.

The Mahidpur employee disappointed me for the second time today. The last time I came in September-October 2025, their behavior was unprofessional. I had complained last time as well but there was no change. Today also I went to see the dining table and sofa but the person who was assisting me had no interest at all. He was standing with both his hands in his pockets and was answering when asked, but it is the responsibility of the employee working at the shop to stay ahead and explain to the customer. Mahidpur's name has been tarnished by such people. The service industry should employ professionals; wasting time can never do any good to the customer or the brand. An employee should have the right knowledge to distinguish between a customer who has come to buy something and a customer who has come to the shop just to wander around. If you don't have this much knowledge, then why would people come to your shop to buy something?

Offers good options for furniture for everyone be it home office or anything. Price are non negotiable and offers extensive range.

Don’t buy any products from here. A 28000 bed is only good for 8 months without any external weight or pressure the bed broke on its own that’s the quality they offer and the service I complained 3 days ago still they can’t manage send a technician. On call they say it may take more 2-3 days. Just buy the product don’t expect any support or quality assurance.

Great place to shop furniture.Wide range of furnitures. They have bed, sofa, mirrors, tables etc. Right now offer Is going. The store has parking space available and built in 5 story building. Inside is also pretty huge space..

Very unprofessional after sales services....delivered a broken piece product from a very expensive furniture...their fitters don't stick to time frame ....even after multiple calls..simply waste full day without any productive work... Also pointing their mistakes will make them aggressive.. Bought few furniture from stellar...they had much better after sales service
