I was impressed by the kind of new design further you get here. All formality while buying a good furniture is done very effectively. However once you receive the product, in my case I was promised that there would be a finished polish for the super center table n sofa set I had purchased from here and then I would be delivered. However I'd didn't happen so. The table didn't have the proper polish when I got it locked old n there were scratch marks too. It was delivered by the shops tempo people n I had to pay extra even though it was just 2 km distance.

Recently purchased in office table from mehidpurwala and received a totally damaged piece which was covered by mehatpur wala stiker and compliant when installation being done desert they will get it replaced for know let it install we will replace done 2 -3 followup was done and installation was not done properly and screws and other accessories was also not send with them very unprofessional and now they are not picking up my call 1 st Complaint made to gudu at the time of installation 2nd complaint made to gudu at 18th using call 3rd complaint made to gudu at 27th using call 4th 28th June ( Today) not answer up call Changing from 1 star to 5 star my problem has been solved thank you Gudu ji

Bought a bed from there which turned out to be worst decision! Backpanel / resting panel of the bed has unlimited number of nails (keel) we asked them to remove they argued but came home but still left numerous nails. My 1-2 year old kid got 3 injuries due to this. all in blood! Now throwing out that useless bed! I will never even think about Mehidpurwala!!! WORST and full illiterate staff and technicians.

Dont fall in their discount trap. They increase prices of the goods to 250% and offer 50% discount. Their 50% discount is expensive than full price of any other branded furniture. Also they deliver defective goods and take months to replace/refund with multiple reminders. I bought an item almost 1.5 month ago, they delivered defective one. I returned it and asked for refund. I have been struggling to get it still.

👎 I had a terrible experience with Mahidpur Wala sofa. I purchased a sofa from them and specifically requested a certain size, but they delivered a smaller size without informing me. When I raised this issue, they were unresponsive and did not take responsibility for their mistake. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Recently visited Showroom to purchase TV runner. I was impressed by the welcome and response by the Kirti Mam,Floor Manager. Though it was too packed with the Diwali rush and customers. She guided well and attended nicely. Thank you!

Maine bhi ek sofa purchase kiya tha... Per uski cushion dab gayi h... Complain karne per maintenance wale Spring ke neeche cushion ke tukde laga gaye..ab cushion jaha se daba tha waha se camel ki kubad jaise ucha uth gya tha..bolne per jawab aaya,kuch dino baad normal ho jayega...ab spring loose hokar gir gayi, complain karne per bola ja raha h... Plant bhejna padega aur freight aapko pay karna h..... Jabki product under warranty h....please guys don't purchase any product of mehidpurwala furniture indore....

I went there for purchase for dinning table and bed . The salesman named Guddu Yadav was quite aggressive and stubborn and behaving like he was owner of the whole showroom .mostly rude all the time. Nor he was ready to listen requirements of the customer or helpful in anything. Mahidpurwala is oldest furniture showroom in the town but still don’t have customer service policy at all after so many years . 1 star from my side.

The price ,quality, variety and range of products are really very good at the showroom Was assisted by Mr Sachin Dubey really good person in terms of sales and services part. The Way of explanation of the product was excellent perfect way to communicate with a customer.
