Extremely disappointed with Care Health Insurance. I have been facing a complete lack of professionalism from their customer executives. The communication is poor, and the behavior of the staff is unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, they have failed to settle my claim despite all documents being provided. It feels like they are intentionally delaying the process. Avoid this company if you expect support during a medical emergency.
I would have rated less than 1 if there was any option. It has been worst experience dealing with Reimbursement for a small hospitalization bill and this has not been resolved yet. You always have to rely only on the agent who are ofcourse of no help. I have applied for reimbursement on behalf of my father’s hospitalization. Its been over a month following up with this company for a small reimbursement and moreover I have recommended people and even taken additional policy for myself and family apart from the corporate one. I am eagerly waiting to port it before renewal. You do not get responses from the support until and unless you follow up. I wonder how hard it is for the ones who are not so friendly with the mobile applications and emails specially the senior citizens. Their support is pathetic and they only know how to fool and waste your time and energy.
