बेहद घटिया सेवा है कर्मचारी सिर्फ प्रिमियम लेने में विश्वास रखते है इनके इनदौर ब्रांच हेड प्रकाश परमार को 28/05/2025 से लगभग ५० फोन लगाये पर कोई सुनवाई नही जिस व्यक्ति को बीमारी मे परेशान होना है वे अपनी मेहनत की कमाई बरबाद करे मेरी मिसेस ने पोर्ट कर यह पालिसीली अब परेशान है

Don't buy care insurance....big no....After giving huge amount for renewals care health insurance is rejecting claims telling that 101 degree fever is not high and not passing the claims after positive report of chikungunya fever plz don't buy this policy they are not service oriented they only neend money for renewals

Meri policy Star Health ki thi. Port kar ke Care Health me ki. Wo bhi Supreme 7 Lac. Mera sun ko internal bleeding ho rahi thi. Ji se ki wo kafi kamjor ho gaya tha. Dr. Ne admit kar ne ka kaha. To care insurance team kheti he ki ye to dawa se hi teek ho jata he. Admit nahi banta. Fir koi quna problem se Maar hi Jaye. Usko admit mat karo. Very very bad experience with care health insurance.

Unjust Claim Denial – Terrible Service! Terrible experience with Care Health Insurance. My daughter needed urgent hospitalization after days of illness, but despite providing all required documents and a doctor’s letter, our claim was denied. They blamed it on us having an online policy and suggested we buy an offline one for better support. This is beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of care. Avoid at all costs!

बेहद घटिया सर्विस है आप को यह इन्श्योरेंस लेकर मुफ्त में पैसा बरबाद करना है तो यह बीमा पॉलिसी लेना मै वार्लष गभग २६०००/- का प्रीमियम भर रही हूँ आज तक किसीभी बीमारी का क्लेम नही मीला मैने अभी आँख का आपरेशन करवाया था मेरी पालिसी में मुझे ३०.००० की पात्रता थी पर इन्होंने एक पैसा नही दिया इनके कर्मचारी जैसे इन्दौर के प्रकाश परमार फ़ोन बन्द कर के बैठ जाते है आप आफिस यदि फाइल भिजवाते है तो यह फाइल नही लेते है मैं तो इनके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही हेतु उपभोक्ता फोरम जारही हूँ पर कोई ओर बेवक़ूफ़ी कर इनकी पालिसी न ख़रीदे इसलिए यह रिव्यू डाल रही हूँ मैं कम से कम १००० लोगों को इस इन्श्योरेंस के कर्मचारीयों के व्यवहार के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक करूँगी

Absolutely Useless – Don't Buy It! The Care Health Insurance office right in front of Central Mall in Indore is a total disaster. The employees there are completely unhelpful – they don't process your insurance forward, refuse to settle claims, and act super arrogant. No real assistance at all, and settlements? Forget it. You never get full reimbursement. Steer clear of Care Health Insurance – never buy it!

Consumer Warning Very disappointing experience with Care Health Insurance. My policy originally included maternity coverage, but it was removed without clear notification. This feels extremely irresponsible and close to fraud for a service people rely on during critical life events. After purchasing the policy, their support has been non-responsive and unhelpful. I have escalated this issue to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing another insurer instead of this vendor.
