Poor Service by Tata. Correct Address- Mangal City Service Rd, Scheme No 54, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010
If you are going for policy purchasing they will treat you like a god. But if you are going for cancellation and query or claim. They will not entertain you. They will provide N number of reasons but won't resolve your issue. Lots of documents work physical copy or this printouts of all the documents but during the purchasing you do not need to do anything they will create everything without your signature.
I am NRI and had many issues in getting my returns . I kept calling , they pick up the call but issue never got resolved
give all services to the bank branch from where insurance done. do not tell policy holder to come head office for complaint/surrender/maturity/claim etc. why not closing policy on medical ground if policy holder is not able to pay premium. be honest.
Location is incorrect on Google map. After repeated edit request by TATA AIA and other guides, it is pity that location edit is not accepted by google map. 😔 …
It’s a Fraud company don’t visit them, I visited them and met MAHESH VERMA who called himself branch manager, He provided incorrect information on the charges of policy and i lost 10k due to him, then when i went again to surrender my policy he again tried to scam me by saying that atleast wait for 1 month to see the fund growth than cancel the policy which is the exact time window of cancellation because after that you can’t cancel your policy allover TATA AIA is a fraud company don’t buy insurance from them there are plenty of hidden charges that they will not tell you in advance
Right location - Dhan trident, Mangal City Service Rd, Scheme No 54, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010 Due to the location which is give near Bombay hospital is wrong i was unable to reach the TATA AIA office on time and other things are good in office.
