Very bad service no response inspite calling them reaptedly. Pathetic

Worst Service. They will make you wait for more than one hour without any reason.

Very bad,,,Agar aap free ho,,Consumer forum me chakkar lagate raho,advocate ko fees do,aur ap mentally tensed raho,,,advocate fees leta rahe aur date badhti rahe,aur apka loss hua wo to hua hi,,mai itna free nahi hu,ab maine accept kiya loss apna,,aur advocte ko fees de dekr ne krna,,,,I hate iffco tokio

Very Wrost and poor services. मैनें वर्ष 2018 में अपनी बाइक का बीमा iffco tokio हैड ऑफ़िस इंदौर से करवाया था जिसमे मेरी policy में बाइक no ही गलत डाल दीया गया ओर पेन से करेक्ट कर मुज़े दे दिया गया। Or अब renual के लिये पिछल्रे कई दिनो से इंदौर हैड ऑफ़िस के very Irresponsible ऑफिसर Abhisekh जी (स्टेट हैड) से सम्पर्क कर रहा हूं तो वो टालने की कोशिस कर रहे है ओर कोई जवाब नही दे रहे है। Esliye please iffco tokio se insurance karwane se pehle vichar kare.

I called them around 100s of time , in 1st they picked a call amd provide me information of my policy thats all , i ask them to give me a reason why my claimed is still under process if already submitted all the documents on time , they give me another number and i called them so many times but they are not picking it . Very poor service of this company customer service is very rude...salo ne paise kaat liye or insurance bhi nai diya mail pe...bhot bakwas service hai ...kabhi mat karana apna insurance is company se...worst service Negative Quality

Sar mujhe Meri gadi ka insurance mein non transfer karana hai

Meri bike ka aciident ho ga ek kutte ko bachane mehh mene claim kiya pr vho bs time pass kr rahe hai claim vale call cut kr dete hai sahi se baat bhi nhi krte
